RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We know what it's like buying candles online, sometime things don't work out. You can return or exchange candles as long as they aren't burned. If you want to exchange the candle you bought for a different scent, send us an email before you send the candle back.
Orders can be returned so long as:
The candle has not be burned or altered in any way
The order is returned within 14 days of receipt
The order was not purchased on final sale

Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment.
Once a qualified return is received, we will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to you, keep in mind that shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping cost.
Please note that refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact us.
In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or broken, our carriers & shippers require photo documentation for reimbursement & quality control. Snap a photo with your phone and e-mail the image to email@example.com with your name and a brief message, and we will ship a replacement or issue a refund within a few days.
